This is just the tip of the iceberg of things we can do for ourselves.
Also, making it a *habit* to talk and listen to angel-s, guide-s, God or whatever spiritual way you walk your path. You can go to You Tube or a search engine and search for ex. 'spirit guides' and get help with this, if it is new to you.
I didn't put anything here because there is a wide range and it depends on your beliefs.
Often we think we don't have the time...
It's just a matter of priorities and *taking* time.

Hello dear friend, this is a wonderful post and I enjoyed it very much. My sister sent me the video of the laughing baby. I have already laughed through that one, it's great. I really enjoyed the meditation and breathing video's. I did as the speaker instructed and it was great. I often wonderedhow people could meditate. I never could but closing my eyes and listening to the video I found it quite relaxing and now believe I might can do it. I'm excited. There is a chant on youttube called Cherokee Morning Song. I can listen to that over and over it is so lovely and relaxing. I attached it to my slide of the pow-wow but I got it from youtube. Really enjoyed this. Hugs
Hi Carol, That's great that you enjoyed this. I know...laughter of babies is very contagous. Also, being able to breathe and relax opens up for new energy(and other things), which most of us need. =) hugs, Kallisto
