I like to tell you about experiences I have with my Totems, Spirits.

How one can come in touch with a Totem. How to Respect and love them. The things that changes in your life for the better, when knowing about your Totem(s). Knowing your Totem on the Medicine-Wheel. To work with your Totem animal, knowing it is a part of you. Ties things are often not know,as people do not always stand still by ties questions. Specially if one does not have anything to do with Spirituality or are of a Native Culture. People just live their lives not knowing if they have a Totem, Guardian Angel or Guide. But ones they know, they have so much more to give, as they glance, and are happy at Heart. There must be a understanding about giving and receiving from a Totem Animal or Guardian Angel. One can't always receive, one has to give a piece of itself too. By doing this, you give Respect, and Honor to your Totem. But let us learn piece by piece. Going to fast, is going backwards,and this is not what we want. Peace to you All.

Comment by Little Sunshine on October 7, 2009 at 9:28pm: Not all animals that come to us are Totems for life. But some of them who come often in our dreams or in Nature, are. So animals that come often, have to teach us something we need to know or learn. They stay for awhile, and leave when the teaching is done. People who stand open for it, and are involved with the Spiritual animal way, will have more animals around them. That means, when one go's into the woods, and open it's heart and mind to communicate with the animals, will receive a answer. I would say to the ones who are Blessed to have more than one animal coming more than once around them, learn from them. Try to communicate, but listen to what they tell you. Be respectful and humble towards them. Let your heart speak. Blessings to All.

I have Falcon as one of my Totems. It brings me messages from a higher level. Past week when going to work, a saw a painter (who paint houses) with something in his hands going to his car. I went to him, asking what he had in his hand. He was surprised by the question, but I asked him if it was a Falcon,he said yes, and I asked him to give me the little bird. It was born there, and must grow up there. But when taking it, I saw that it did not bite or scratch. But instate it was very quiet and very tin. I saw instantly that it was not well. It had not bin eaten for several days, so therefore had not drink any juice of any mouse or other prey. It was very weak. I knew it would die, but still, I gave it to the vet to look at it. He could not help it anymore. So sad. I was very sad and somehow angry about the loss, and the fact I could not help it. But this is how it go's, this is the Circle of Life. Even if we want to, it is in the hands of our Creator and Mother Earth. And we have to accept this. Still, Falcon came to me in a not so pleasant way, I was Honored and thankful even if it hurtled my soul to loose him.
