Can somebody explain

A friend just gave me a sand painting, created by Albert Watchman. It is a painting of a Navajo Yei Bei Chai Dancer. I would like to know what this picture signifies and any legends attached to the dancer. Thanks a bunch!!! Hugs and peace to all!
